Chad, owner of Spartan Pro Wash, pressure washed my roof, house, and concrete on the 14th. He did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. He actually messaged me that afternoon stating that he would be coming back the next day. When he was looking at the photos he had taken of my house, he noticed a place he had missed on my roof – the glare from the sun had prevented him from seeing it while on the job site. Only a true professional would have done that. I totally recommend Chad and his company for any future pressure washing needs you might have.

Spartan Pro Wash, Inc. was recommended to me. Chad was prompt, professional, and friendly. My questions were answered on my initial phone call, then the estimate, appointment, reminder, “on the way,” and “completion of work,” were all texted to me, which was great. My house looks and smells so clean! I was expecting to have to wash the windows, but they turned out shiny and beautiful. I am very pleased with the entire job. Surprise! Chad, the owner of Spartan Pro Wash, is extremely professional. His company is a small local business and he is a veteran. Chad sent an estimate via email within just a few hours after an initial inquiry that was put in via their website. The price estimate for the work was reasonable. Once we agreed to move forward, he gave a date/time range to do the work. Chad does soft wash for homes using eco-friendly chemicals, which was important to us (with plants/ vegetation around the house). We found his work to be of high quality. He was also responsive throughout the process and kept us informed when his arrival got delayed. The entire process, from initial inquiry to the final invoicing, is online, and quite streamlined and convenient. Highly recommend and will use his services again.

I contacted Chad about getting his service, Spartan Pro Wash, to do the outside of Spay Today on County Home Road. The building, surrounded by woods, had a fare amount of algae staining the vinyl siding so I thought it would help out the organization to get the building looking clean. It looks great and I will admit that I have used Spartan Pro Wash on our PVC fencing at our home. Very thorough, profession service! Below are the before and after pics, WOW!

Our office space is right off Charles Blvd. which is quite busy for the majority of the day. With our logo being backlit and several exterior cameras pointing in different directions, it was important that we hired a Soft Wash company that could clean our business and sidewalks, without damaging any equipment. Chad and the Spartan Team arrived at the exact time they said they would, provided great communication before arrival, didn’t interfere with any normal business operations, and cleaned our entire space perfectly. We will definitely be booking the Spartan Team yearly because quite frankly, there’s not a better soft wash company in Greenville.
